Special Robiniya Honey From Hunza Promotes good blood circulation, antispasmodic, astringent. Recommended for babies and the elderly. This rare and unique honey has been extracted from the blossom of Black Locust Tree (Robiniya pseudo-acacia) which is famous for producing a fruity and fragrant honey that is almost transparent in colour. The Black Locust Tree is spread through certain areas in Ghizer and Hunza Valley. It blossoms for only 6 weeks in a year (between April and May) producing white flowers. The black locust does not always produce a crop of honey. Nectar flow is very dependent on local weather conditions and some years the flowers yield little or no nectar at all.
